การประกันสินค้า

1. เมื่อลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าแล้ว ให้ถ่ายรูปและคลิปวิดิโอตั้งแต่เริ่มแกะสินค้า จนถึงเทสสินค้า ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

2. หากสินค้าได้รับความเสียหาย จะต้องมีรูปและคลิป มาเป็นหลักฐานให้กับทางร้านเพื่อใช้ในการเคลมกับทางร้านและขนส่ง ( หากไม่มีหลักฐานคลิปวิดิโอที่ชัดเจน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเคลมทุกกรณีค่ะ )

3. สินค้าชำรุดจากขนส่งเปลี่ยนได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน ค่าใช้จ่ายสามารถแจ้งทางร้านได้ (หากลูกค้าไม่ส่งสินค้าเปลี่ยนคืนทางร้าน บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เคลมทุกกรณี)

4. สินค้าประกัน 1 ปี (ยกเว้นตัวไม้แตกชำรุด)

5. เก็บปลายทางกรณีผู้รับสินค้าไม่สามารถรับได้หรือจัดส่งไม่สำเร็จ ติดปัญหาด้านใดรบกวนแจ้งปัญหาให้ทางร้านทราบด้วยนะคะ

6. สินค้าเมื่อซื้อไปแล้ว สามารถเปลี่ยนรุ่นได้ แต่ทางร้านไม่รับคืนเงินทุกกรณีค่ะ
