Warranty Term

Pando Pet offers 365 days limited warranty on all our products. Within the period of warranty, if the product fails wit no fault of user operation, it will be repaired at Pando’s expense. The warranty will not cover product failure in:

1) Intentional Damage to the product by the user or third party

2) Failure to operate or maintain the product following the (QIG) Quick Installation Guide Instructions

3) Failure by natural wear and tear including but not limited to scratching, corrosion, oxidation and rusting

4) A consumer uses a product in a manner not specifically intended too or use in what not describe in the User Manual

Warranty – Spare Parts

1. In the unlikely event of malfunction or defects the product will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) and the cost of labor and materials will be at no charge.

2. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for warranty returns

3. Warranty including only Electrical and Plumbing and Wifi receiver related parts not including cable and power supply plug

4. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not
